The best foot roller that I have tried. It's solid, sturdy and has really helped to relief my plantar fasciitis. Unlike some other rollers, the bumps on this one are just right to massage the foot - not too harsh that they hurt and not too smooth that they don't really do anything. If you want a top quality roller at a great price then look no further than this one!!

This thing is really hard. No give. It’s a bit rough on my foot! For plantar fasciitis I’d prefer something a bit softer to roll my foot on.

Like smooth feeling

The dual foot massager roller comes at one piece with four rubber footers separate that requires manual placement on the bottom. This process takes seconds and secures the roller in place so you can apply more pressure without it moving around. The foot massager has a black plastic base with five fixed pins per foot while in the middle are orange thermoplastic rollers with small bumps throughout. To use is easy, you simply place both feet on top of the rollers and move them back and forth, applying enough pressure to feel the massage while being comfortable. It makes very little noise and provides moderate relief to your feet depending how much pressure is used. It is not like going to reflexologist but is still a worthy substitute that can be used at home. The massager itself is very lightweight and small in size, roughly 11 by 4.5 inches, so it is portable and can be used virtually anywhere. Overall, the dual foot roller is cheap, made of comfortable materials, and provides quick relief making it a perfect at-home solution for foot pain relief without having to spend hundreds on a heavy duty model.

Don't hesitate to buy this device. It hits the spots on your foot perfectly. I had already returned a pricier similar one that did not hit the correct pressure points. This also works for hands, legs, arms - it's terrific! My only suggestion would be that I wish there was one that had a handle attached so you could roll it while also holding onto the handle :)

It's the second time when I ordered this thing. This time it's for my travel bag. Because this thing helps to relieve pain in my foot very effectively.
