Does anyone know if this removes the vile odour from spilt milk on fabric car seat?

Hi. Yes this will remove the smell but you will have to soak the spill with about twice the amount of odour eater than milk spilt. This is because the milk will have soaked deep into padding.

Based on dilution ratio, shouldn't 1l of this product make 6l of total. dilution ratio of 1:5 or 1l product + 5l water (1+5 = 6)?

Is this safe for leather seats pls?

Sorry, don't know about leather, but it really does an amazing job. I had a large bottle of milk burst all over the front passenger side if my car and this was the only thing that cleaned it up properly, including the smell! Perhaps try it on an unseen part just to check.
