BYKITCHEN Roast and Steamer Rack for Ninja Possible Cooker 8.5 QT Pro Plus

I am very happy with this purchase. This rack is designed for the Ninja PossibleCooker Pro (8.5-quart, model MC2001), and it fits inside the pot exactly as it should. I’ve already used it twice—once to make a pot roast and once for birria—and it worked perfectly for keeping the meat raised above the liquids at the bottom so nothing scorched around the edges. The little silicone feet are a great feature because they keep the metal from scratching the non-stick surface, which helps keep the inside of the pot looking brand new. The heat-resistant handles are also really helpful for lifting the rack out safely when everything is hot. It adds a lot of versatility to the cooker for roasting, steaming, or baking, and it's easy to fold down and put away when you're done. This is a wonderful addition to the kitchen that will get a lot of use this summer. Highly recommended.

I use this a lot because of its versatility. Not as heavy as a crock pot. I like the one-pot meal method and it cleans up really easily. It’s a high quality product

This rack was very awesome. I put it inside my ninja 8-1. The first thing I cooked was an Easter ham and it was so nice being able to pull that whole ham out… would definitely purchase this again

I have a Ninja Kitchen. The Ninja Foodi OL6, Combi, Grill/airfryer/griddle, the hand held mixer, the Blender/food processor and after really thinking it over I just bought this Possible Cooker Pro because Ninja is not making pressure cookers anymore. Really love the 8.5 qt capacity and being able to search in this device. Look up differences between the possible cooker and other slow cookers because this is more efficient. Use a little less liquids and time. I cooked a 5.51 lb. Pork loin roast used 2.5 cups of water and it took 6 hours to cook on low. It is quite tender.
