Cocktail Arcade Machine 412 Games in 1 Commerical Grade with Set of 2 Chrome Stools 5 Year Warranty

This is a great game table. I compared this to other tables available locally and I am definitely glad I made this purchase. It came on time and I was able to choose a convenient delivery time for me with the carrier. When it arrived I knew the machine was going to be great just by how it was packed and protected during shipment. I did a quick read of the instructions, set up the chrome stools and followed the on screen directions and was playing in a short time. The table materials and glass top are first rate and it appears the internal workings are thought out and secured very well The games are plentiful and will keep us entertained for a long time. The games are reminiscent of the times I spent playing the old school video games with my kids as they were growing up Now I can do the same with my grand kids. I recommend this product and company.

We looked at ordering a system like this for a while. We finally went with this one because of the value and reviews. We've had the table for about a month now, and we are very happy with it. There are too many games (in my opinion)...but I'd rather have too many than not enough! I'm not an expert, but I feel like the table is sturdy and well made. The metal stools are great, too! We had an issue with a stool when it was delivered and reached out to the seller. He was very apologetic and immediately sent a replacement. He was a pleasure to talk to. Everyone enjoys playing this table top system...brings a lot of laughs and a little competition!

The game is fantastic and will probably never get bored with it, but the chairs become uncomfortable after a couple of games.

This thing is awesome and keeps surprising us. We played a cocktail PAC-MAN arcade game during a family vacation and couldn't get enough of it. And I started to think to myself, "Why don't we own one of these things?" After spending some time reviewing different options available and price points we ran across this baby and took a chance. Delivery was fantastic, called in advance, set up a 3 hour delivery time, called 15 mins before delivery and carried the thing all the way into my home with signature of receipt and all. We plugged it in and it was up and running. The manual is a bit simple and difficult to digest...at first. But with time it made more sense and with time we found all the right buttons. We purchased the 412 in 1 and our favorites thus far are Puck-Man (you'll see why), Donkey Kong, Ladybug (a new one we never heard about), Super Basketball, Galaga, Sonic Wings, Tetris amongst a few others. We have two 30 somethings, a 12, an 8, a 5 and a 2 year old. We have even started keeping a high score board close by (cause it won't save them. which I read is typical of home arcade games that are powered on/off). Few tips....the LED light switch is underneath the player one console (took us a day or so to realize why the LED lights weren't working a few days later, our assumption is the 2 or 5 year old found the switch and turned them off). Our volume control is a hard wired control knob inside the unit and easy to find so don't hesitate to open the trap door with a flashlight and start looking around. High scores don't save when you are cycling the unit out of the games (my only complaint, but one that is unavoidable from what I understand and thus no ones fault). Over all, this puppy is awesome. I grew up playing NES, SNES and a few arcade games from time to time but this thing has really brought us all together to re-explore and find new games that we can all play together which are clean, simple, and focus on intuitive hand eye coordination and pattern recognition. Will likely always have a unit like this in my house from this point forward.

I wanted a statement piece of sorts for my basement, and this totally fits the bill while exceeding actual game play expectations. It looks incredible - exactly like every cocktail table I encountered in the '80s, only in brand-new condition, with really nice Pac Man graphics - and is super fun. For every undeniable classic (several Pac Mans and Donkey Kongs, plus Frogger, Centipede, Galaxian, Zaxxon, etc.) there's a head-scratcher like Streaking, a Pac Man style maze game starring a naked person chasing after (underwear/a bikini?) while being pursued by police. There are a lot of Pac Man style maze games included - Lady Bug, Guzzler, even Hangly Man. I haven't gotten to them all just yet, but my favorites so far are two-person simultaneous Tetris (brilliant concept), and Strata Bowling is way more entertaining than it should be. You can even turn the coin box on, which might help ration our time playing (or incentivize improving). Games load quite fast, and we mastered the rhythm of getting back to the menu and choosing games within a couple of minutes. The blue lights around the machine look great and are really functional, and the brightness of the screen seems just right. A handful of games do not flip screens in two-player mode (clearly noted in the game guide) which will only matter if you're as lazy as I am when I'm sitting in that P2 seat. The included stools are a nice addition, really makes this a plug-and-play experience. We turn it off after use, which means we lose high scores (can always take a phone pic!), but I think we will continue to do so because I'd rather not waste the energy, and it powers back up super fast. Incredible service from Prime Arcades. This comes with a five-year warranty (amazing) and based on how proactively communicative they've been so far - from the "your order will ship tomorrow" call I got minutes after placing the order to the "looks like it arrived - any questions?" the afternoon after delivery - I expect they will be super helpful if I do ever need to make that call.

Received the product today. There is a small dent in the pedestal on one of the stools. Everything else seems to be fine at this time. Small damage no doubt, however, a high price was paid...
