This 5pc chart set would be good for a classroom, or as I intended, a reminder in my kitchen. Too often we neglect to treat our bodies in a way that will provide health and long lives. This way I can see what does what, where and know where my foods, vitamins and minerals will be best served.

These posters include very important information to help children (and adults) make healthy choices for meals and snacks.Today's advertising on TV and in print doesn't do a very good job of that. Their job is to sell their product.Keeping these posters where they can be visible at all times will reap rewards in better health.
