Which left handed 12 scissors have big ring handels

Mickey,Yes.. the question/product combination on this one is strange. The product link is referring to the IS118 12" Upholstery Shears, but they are a right handed shear.We offer the IS201 8" bent trimmer, IS409 8" classic left handed scissor, IS8 8" industrial bent trimmer, IS128 10" bent trimmer, and IS507 7 1/2" Kai dressmaker... but I am not sure which ones we offer on Amazon...Sincerely,gerrie

Is this good for cutting shingles?

I assume you mean asphalt roof shingles? They would probably work on single layer 235-270's, but they would not last long on heavier "architect" weight shingles. I also think the shears would get gummed up pretty quickly unless you lubed them frequently with WD-40 or something similar. I keep pairs in my shop & tool box for the in the field. They are great on fabric, light sheet metal, carpet, cardboard (including art foam board & corrugated plastic sheets) , etc. when you are looking for precise, accurate cut.

What is the length of the blade on these scissors?

12" I believe, very heavy. Went dull after first couple of uses.
