Ice needs to be bigger
Bought this machine in the hopes of saving money but still have to buy ice as even what manufacturers call large ice cubes are small compared to the ones in a shop, they have a hole in the middle & only last a few minutes & I drink a lot of ice cold water so use a lot of ice
