I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 (International Version) from your store last month via Amazon.ae. Upon receiving the device, I discovered it was originally intended for the Korean market and had been unlocked to work internationally. Unfortunately, this unlocking process triggered the Knox security trip, which voids Samsung’s warranty and disables certain features.Since then, I’ve experienced multiple issues:- Super fast charging only works intermittently, despite trying different chargers and settings.- Charging port errors: The phone frequently refuses to charge and displays a warning that moisture or debris is detected in the USB port. This issue began immediately after unboxing and has persisted despite cleaning and troubleshooting.- I’ve exhausted all possible fixes, and the problems appear to be hardware-related

Mobile doesnt work.No Invoice.When escalated to Amazon.They only say you 48 hours.No clear resolution.The same answer everytime you call Amazon.If no resolution they hung up or just keep you on Mute.Not sure how Amazon is allowing this.Very dissappointed.I would give 0 for Amazon Service

My husband dropped my Samsung 21+ in the pool--(dont worry he is still alive lol). I am quite picky about my gadgets and was on the fence about this because it was the priciest option but I do not regret it! It has been 5 weeks and I learn something new about it every day! It had a long lasting battery and great speakers.

Device is not belong to same region that's why some applications not working and it was bought in AUG 2025 and warranty was expired in SEP 2025 as confirmed by SAMSUNG UAE now no warranty and apps are not working. Where should we claim it?? Such bad experience for buying Device from Amazon

cihaz 1 yaşındayken iç ekranın ortasında ekran jelatini kavlama yaptı, birkaç hafta sonra servise gidecekken iç ekranın kendisi de kalktı- kavlama yaptı. Samsıng servis hiç bir darbe veya kullanıcı hatası yokken durumu garantiye sokmayıp iç ekran değişim tamir parası istedi. Servise "niçin garantiye girmiyor, bu kullanıcı hatası mı? sadece ekranı açıp kapatmak gibi basit bir eylemde nasıl bir hata yapmış olabilirim?" diyorum. "Tam kullanıcı hatası demesek de kullanıma bağlı bozulma diyelim" dediler. Demek ki Samsung fold telefon kullanıma bağlı bozulan bir telefonmuş, tamamdır. Böyle bilelim Samsungu. Bu yaşadıklarım belgeleriyle kayıtlı. Derhal sattım ve Honor Magic V6 aldım.Cihaz ağır, kaba. Fold 5'ten buna geçtim. Elime her ikisini de alıp fotoğraf çektim ve inanılır şey değil, fold 5 çekim kalitesi daha iyi.
