Really well made
This juicer is really sturdy. I would even consider it a commercial item. All the material is very strong and heavy, making me believe it'll last forever. The design of the handle makes it really easy to juice with minimum effort. I highly recommend this juicer.

Commercial Citrus Press
I am a professional chef and have owned a catering and event planning company for almost 20 years. We use quite of fresh squeezed juices in our recipes- mostly lemon, lime, orange, and blood orange. In the past we’ve used a little hand-press, which works, but when you need 4 cups of fresh-squeezed juice for a recipe for 100 it’s murder on your hands! This tabletop citrus press makes quick work of even grapefruits. It’s easy to use and we juiced 75 lemons in less than 20 minutes. It is made of out of stainless steel and my second favorite thing about it is how easy it is to clean. It has rubber feet and wherever you put it, it’s going to stay put. I am very happy I ordered this and it’s already saving our hands.

“Give me a lever long enough and I’ll squeeze you some juice” (said Archimedes never…)
The media could not be loaded. I like this pro-level juicer even more than I thought I would. After years of juicing by hand and even using the juicing attachment for my KitchenAid stand mixer, I found this lever-operated unit even easier and more effective. The cool thing about the lever action is that it’s cleverly articulated to keep the crushing force of the dome travelling in a perfectly straight line (see video). That way, 100% of the lever’s force is smoothly directed right onto the split open orange, lemon, grapefruit…whatever.Assembly takes just a few seconds. All you need to do is screw on the handle – everything else is already put together. To juice, you simply put half of your fruit on the lower dome and use the lever to crush it to smithereens, releasing lots of juice (see photo). It’s so, so easy.My only small quibble is that the space between the two sides of the weighted base is fairly small. I've always used a small bowl to catch the juice I make, but none of my bowls fit. I wound up using a large mug, which means that if you’re going to juice a lot of fruit, you’ll have to empty your juice-catcher each time it gets full. It's not really a big deal. The fit and finish of the juicer are really nice. The enameled surfaces are smooth and easy to clean and the moving parts glide smoothly. The juicer is quite heavy, which makes it very stable, but it also has a small footprint, which makes it easy to store - at least in my kitchen. Just a little weight applied to the base with your free hand easily keeps the juicer securely upright, even if you've got a pretty heavy hand as the lever goes down to squash the fruit. The two removable lower parts screw out easily for cleaning and are effective, at least in my experience, in holding back seeds and other large parts, like clumps of pulp or shards of peel. It’s possible that smaller seeds, like the tiny ones you sometimes find in lemons and limes, might slip through. If so, you can put a tea strainer over your cup to keep them out of the juice.I really like this juicer, and I can’t wait till the next time I need to squeeze a couple of dozen lemons for a tangy tart or lemon bars.
