Nothing more than a stage prop.
Useless for anything other than a stage prop!Virtually no output from the existing microphone capsule.Despite having an XLR socket on the microphone, the output is NOT balanced, also the on-off switch shorts all lines to ground, so DO NOT use on a mixer where there is Phantom power on the input as it will short out the Phantom power, which could damage the mixer.Visually it looks reasonably authentic so I decided to keep it, ripped the guts out of it and fitted a high quality capsule. The removed capsule has very little weight to it when compared to a proper dynamic capsule.I cannot recommend this item unless all you need is a stage prop, or you want to upgrade the innards as I did.

Not a clean Mic for recording
Was let down by this Mic as there is a constant interference buzzing and crackling sound when it's plugged into desk
