This massage chair is great! I got it for my mom as a gift for her 60th birthday, and it met all my expectations. I did a lot of research before choosing this particular model. From what I found, most massage chairs in the $1,000–$2,500 range are quite similar, so I decided to give this one a try based on the combination of reviews and price.One issue I’ve noticed is that the airbags may not work as effectively if you're on the slimmer side. My wife is about 1.5m and 95lbs, and she doesn’t really feel the airbag compression. However, my mom is 1.65m and 140lbs, and it works great for her.Another thing to note is the size of the chair. I’m 1.8m and 220lbs. It fits me okay, but there isn’t much room to spare. I can definitely see it being too tight for someone taller or bigger.Other than that, everything functions well, and my mom absolutely loves it. I don’t have a lot of experience with massage chairs, but among the ones I’ve tried in this price range, this is the best so far.I definitely recommend this product. I have been using this massage chair for past 6 months and it is really worth every penny. It does full body massage with hands and legs and feels very good afterwards. My boys love to t and uses after every soccer game. Definitely recommend it.

The Amazon description infers there are three zero gravity settings, I have found that the chair may be reclined and stopped at any point on the movement, but there are not three specific zero-gravity positions that I can discern. Clicking on the “Zero Gravity” button just rotates the chair to the maximum end of the reclining movement.The Amazon description also states multiple times that leather is the material on the seat. Every spot that I can access the back of the material shows it is fake leather (See picture), though the feel is much better than other fake leather I have seen. If in fact there is any real leather used, the color match to the fake leather is pretty good. Also the stitching is pretty good so there is few places where the backside of the material can be even seen.In addition, the Amazon description says under Safety Information: “Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 133.3 pounds.” This would make this chair suitable for small adults or children, though it says it is for adults. The weight of the chair is also 133.3 lbs. so I suspect this is another example of the next item.The instruction manual is rather sparse and obviously written and edited by writers who do not have English as their first language, nor a good command of it as a second language. This is also evident on the control panel. To change the intensity of the massage device one must change the “Speed”. This does not make it go faster, it just enhances the strength of the movement. In addition, the buttons to move the massage device in manual mode, are labeled “Upper” and “Lower”, These buttons move the massage device up or down not make the massage focus on the upper or lower body. Just poor choices for labeling on a US marketed product in my opinion.While I did not find it listed on the Amazon page, the box made it clear that this chair was made in China. Which is likely where most of the massage chairs on the market are made. I suspect this chair was designed as well as built in China which would explain the poor English grammar and choice of words in the manual and on the controls.Regarding the size of a person that may use the chair. The max recommended height is 6.2 feet, or 6 foot 2.4 inches. I am 6 foot 2 inches, and it is tight, but I do fit. The dimension not shared anywhere is the max body width that will fit. I am 22 inches across to chest and it is about the max that will fit. Anymore and I would have to contort my upper body to get into the chair. This tight fit does make it difficult to use the controls as getting a forearm and hand out to make an adjustment is difficult. I have to take the control panel out of the holder and rest it on my lap so I can move my forearms and hands to touch the screen. Also I find the control on the left arm rest to be pretty useless. It is even harder to use than the panel given how tight the chair is on me.The heating feature is rather disappointing. Repeatedly the Amazon page indicates that it takes around 10 minutes to heat up. After a 30 minute session, I still can not feel much in the way of heating on the back.Regarding the various massage modes, they seem to vary the order of the movements of the massage device, but I have not found that they are distinctly different.In a plastic bag that was delivered with the chair, there Is a screwdriver, an Allen key , two fuses and what looks like two air hose connections. Since the chair came fully assembled, why these are included is not obvious. Additionally the manual has no mention of adjustments that can be made using the tools nor have I found any place that a fuse could be changed.Now having shared my observations above, I have enjoyed the chair for the past two weeks and feel it delivers a pretty good massage. At times I would have liked the massage movement to be a little stronger, but it does a nice job. In addition, I appreciate that the outside width of the chair (29 inches) fits through most doors. The chair this one replaced in my house was a pain to move between rooms.Compared to other chairs I was considering, the Culanta Massage chair Model U1 is a good chair. More expensive chairs may offer more customization in the massage function, but for the price this appears to be a good value.
