Delivered what was promised.
For some time I have been seeking an insole that is capable of keeping me discomfort free when I take to my treadmill for my daily exercise. I have tried very many and whilst most are next to useless one or two will actually keep what I would call real pain, at bay, but none banish discomfort altogether. The ones that will allow me to complete a couple of hours brisk walking, whilst not causing an injury that prevents a repeat the next day, are those that have high and firm instep support. What convinced me to order these insoles was the paragraph under the "About This Item" section of the listing that said : "+220 LB TPU ARCH SUPPORT: "The extra high arch support with buffer heel gel, combined with maximum cushioning, keep the foot bone vertical and balanced, ensuring stability. Perfect for both casual and athletic footwear, they help to alleviate foot pain and improve overall foot health."The bit about "extra high arch support" was particularly enticing. I had to try these insoles in the hope that they would be the ones to totally stop my discomfort or at least be as good as my favourites. When I had the soles in hand I was quite confident that they would suit my needs. However, as always the real test would be when I got on my treadmill. I can tell, within 15 to 20 minutes if an insole is going to help me.Twenty minutes into my workout and I was feeling comfortable. These are one of the rare insoles that provide enough instep support to allow me to do an extended brisk walk without picking up a debilitating injury that would interrupt my daily routine. They get a big thumbs up from me as I completed over an hour with no serious issues. I won't say my ankle felt 100% fine, I have yet to find an insole that can achieve that, but they are right up there among the best.Value wise I feel these offer a great deal. I have more expensive insoles that don't perform as well and none that perform as well whilst being cheaper and so, for me, these are a winner.

Good value, trimmable, supportive
This review is for the Insoles Men, Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Comfort Insoles for Walking/Hiking, Orthotic Arch Support Insoles, Orthopaedic Flat Feet Heel Pain Shock Absorption Sports Insoles (XL (M11-12.5)).I have had plantar fasciitis for decades and have worn orthotics for 20 years. I could never understand why orthotics were hard all over and so expensive, this pair have solved that whilst giving me the support I need.I am a sized 7 and I prefer the full-length insoles over half ones and these fit true to size when trimmed. The arch support is high and robust enough to take my weight and support me without digging in at the heel PLUS I got the added benefit of a gel to my heel! I tried them in a new pair of boots and felt supported and cushioned at the same time. The packet they come in comes with additional details.Overall, I still prefer full-length insoles and these were all I needed from an orthotic and I look forward to great posture. At £27.99, these are good value.

Quite Impressed!
After using these insoles for a little while now, I will say that I'm quite impressed with them. The arch support design has done wonders for my feet, and they have made my trainers much more comfortable. The insoles feel robust, and despite their thick design, they are very flexible. Cutting them down to size was very easy too.I do think £17.99 is a little pricey for a single pair of insoles, but the price tag could be justifiable when considering the quality. If they were ever to come on sale, then I would highly recommend them!

Good supportive insoles
These insoles are very robust and supportive. The instructions are clear and there are guidelines on the soles to help you cut them to fit. The instructions say that you should remove your shoe insoles and measure them on these insoles and cut carefully around them. They cut easily enough. I have found them very comfortable and supportive. They have a bit of an odd odour which disappears once aired. They seem a little expensive but they do work and have given a tired favourite pair of shoes a new lease of life and made them back to good shoes for support and comfort. So I would recommend them.

Very comfortable insoles.
Very comfortable insoles.Ordered for a set of trainers i wear when in the office as i do a lot of walking on site (part of the job), these as for me are direct dropin's as no cutting was needed, you really can feel the full support of your foot making contact with the ground, this for me is actually comfortable. they are nice and soft at the front of the foot but at the back are moulded to the contour of the heel and surrounding area, they also give the trainer a bit more rigidity so it doesn't flex as much. For the Price though you are paying for the quality in these, they are not your cheap foam insoles and are specifically designed to give total support so for me a welcome 5 star addition to my trainers.

Straight swap for Birkenstock insole
Really comfortable. Got them to replace the stock insoles in my Birkenstock trainers as I find them to be too firm. I wear a size 10 and ordered the large size and it fitted perfectly with no trimming required. Plenty of support but more importantly for me plenty of cushioning under the heel., Very happy with them.

Cut to fit and very comfortable
I got these insoles for my husband. He needed to cut them down a small bit to fit his size 9 boots. He says they're very comfortable and, with their high arch, are supportive of his feet. The insoles seem durable and the heel part is made of plastic with foam rubber on top. They do make a slight sort of squeak noise when he walks which is probably the plastic part of the insole. I'm hoping that will go away with time.
