Delicious.
This is a hearty soup with pasta and vegetables. Can add a meat to make it a full meal. Downfall is the amount of sodium.

Delicious!
I always keep 2 packages of Bear Creek soup in my cupboard in the colder months. They make a nice variety, and I usually have one package of Bear Creek Country Kitchens Minestrone Soup, and one of Potato or Broccoli. It doesn't matter which you choose, go for your favorite, they are all very good. I always hated to pull out a can of soup for a meal, feeling that it was just not tasty enough to serve as a meal unless it was one of those emergency meals. Bear Creek soups are so good, that I plan to use them, make a bit of cornbread or get a nice crusty loaf of Italian bread and some cheese and fruit, and you get a good meal. Don't hesitate to give these a try.

Delicious!
This is absolutely wonderful for a quick and delicious soup. You can add meat if you want! I add cooked hot Italian sausage, extra diced tomatoes and extra veggies. It feeds us for a couple days.

I could not find this at the grocery store. This is more expensive than what I had been paying.
Great soup base. I add stew meat, small potatoes quartered, carrots and parsnips. Serve with an Italian bread for dipping and it makes a delicious meal. Very filling and comfort meal.

The minestrone is sour
Even in corona-times, I was willing to throw this straight in the trash after trying it. There is a sun-dried tomato in this recipe and, for whatever reason, it's the dominating flavor. It's just salty (expected) and sour/tart (not expected). I tried just avoiding the broth and sticking to the noodles and veggies, but the veggies were still crumpled and sad looking, and completely lacking flavor (except the carrots). I'm pretty sure I didn't make any mistakes in the cooking (e.g. literally just boiling) process so, at that point, I just gave up. In the end, you're left with salty noodles. The noodles were good, though.
