I started pole dancing expecting sore muscles, but I didn’t expect how much my hands would struggle. Monkey Grip completely changed that for me. This stuff dries quickly and really works! Definitely improves bar hang and pull up endurance.

Super grippy! I was finally able to do a good chair spin using this grip aid. That helped me to get the feeling down and now I can do it without the grip aid. I highly recommend this for new pole dancers. It really helps you to stick to the pole especially if you're learning new tricks and want that added security. A tiny bit goes a long way. I use it fairly often and haven't even gotten half way through the bottle yet. Definitely worth the money. Washes off easily and wipes off the pole easily too. Great product!

I like it. It gets tacky but if you’re sweaty it’s slippery.

Great grip with a medium hold!

This grip does not work!! It actually makes the pole even more slippery. If you are someone who gets sweaty hands on the pole, don’t order this! It works against that and will make the pole more slippery… maybe this works for girls who have naturally dry hands, but definitely not a great grip aid. Will not buy again.

For someone that struggles with really dry hands, this stuff helps so much with gripping. It begins to ball up if you use too much but other than that, it’s a great product. Highly recommend

Not my favorite pole grip. I want to say that I am only 6 months into dancing and pole tricks, so maybe it could be me as well, but my more sticky pole grip allows me to do way more. I have very sweaty hands and this stuff did not stick well to me once I started sweating. It’s probably the best of the pole grips I did not like, but my favorite one is an aerosol and it’s way stickier.

I’ve tried quite a few grip products over the years for gym training, and Monkey Hands Gel Grip genuinely surprised me. The texture is very different from traditional liquid chalk – it’s more of a gel consistency, which makes it easier to apply evenly without creating dust everywhere. It dries quickly and leaves a strong, secure grip on the bar without feeling overly sticky. I mainly use it for pull-ups and deadlifts, and I noticed a clear improvement in control, especially during higher-rep sets when sweat normally becomes an issue. It also doesn’t cake up or flake off mid-workout. Another big plus is that it washes off easily and doesn’t leave a mess in my gym bag. A small amount goes a long way, so the bottle should last quite a while.

Definitely took my pole game to the next level, especially when putting it both on my hands and on the pole. It can be easy for residue to build up and you have to clean off and reapply fairly often for max effectiveness, but I don’t mind cause I’m sticking so good!

Good level of grip when used for sports. Would buy again
