The directions are clear, easy to understand, and follow. The product has a mild alcohol smell that dissipates very quickly. It sprays on easily and quickly becomes tacky and sticky, then after a few minutes, it dries completely. Once dry, you don't feel it at all, but your grip does change quite noticeably. When using a kettlebell, the difference is very clear! I'm a woman in my mid-40s, and I have had issues with low hormones that have caused me to have a decrease in my grip strength. I have to use tools to open difficult jars and packaging, or have someone else open them for me. I found that this product made it significantly easier to open products without tools. I found that rather exciting. It made me wonder what other uses there could be for this item aside from sports applications. It has made my cell phone more grippy, which is nice since I have a phone case that is rather slick and can be slippery at times. I like that it sprays with a fine mist and doesn't stain. Depending on the handle material, it provides a better grip for knives while chopping and cutting. I like that this product has a variety of uses, including what it is intended for or promoted for. The only complaint I have, which is fairly minor, is the dry time of the product once it's on your hands. You can't use your hands while it's drying. For some things it is better to spray directly on the item and not your hands. Overall, this is a great product; it's easy to use and has a variety of applications.

This hand spray works quite well. I’ve been using it daily for a few days now. It only takes a couple squirts to improve my grip, and the solution dries quickly within 1-2 minutes. I can feel an improvement in my grip right away. It’s almost instant. I did not notice any strong smells, and I like the fact that the spray uses natural ingredients. I’ve used it for activities like weight lifting and tennis. I definitely noticed an improvement in my grip. My hands also do not sweat as much while using this. When I wash my hands, it comes off easily. It allows me to grip my mouse better as well. Overall, there seem to be many uses for this spray, and I am satisfied.

Tried other grip sprays, this one came out on top. Non toxic ingredients made from pine trees (basically), you spray a few sprits on your hand, rub it on both in your fingers, and you got solid grip for 30-60 minutes. Can also get it to work better by spitting on your hands like gloves or getting em wet to reactivate it. One downside, not the most long lasting, and number two can also get your hands very dirty if playing with dirty balls. Does not work on football gloves either.

I'm so excited about this product! It arrived quickly and well-packaged. There was a small bit of leakage but the product washed off the bottle easily with water. It did not have a strong scent to it, was easy to apply, and once dried down was not sticky at all but still maintained a great grip! It washed off extremely easily with soap and water. A small amount of product goes a long way so I feel like this bottle is going to last for awhile. I'm excited to try this out while hiking (I often do hikes that involve scrambling) and my husband can't wait to use it in the gym.

It doesn’t work for a baseball grip. After it dries, it will be slippery. Perhaps it would be useful for other uses, but definitely not baseball. Go to a regular and baseball brand grip.

The spray bottle application was very easy and a few pumps was more than enough to cover both of my hands. There was no unpleasant smell which was a huge plus. Initially my hands felt very wet, but then it quickly dried and they were "tacky". I tried holding my tennis racquet as well as my pickleball paddle and it kept my grip in place. Then we switched to basketball and you could feel the difference but it almost felt like it was preventing a smooth dribble because of the stickiness to the palm of my hand. It washed off very easily with soap and water and did not leave any residue. Overall, I would recommended for sports where you utilize a racket/bat/pole vs ball handling.

If you’ve got an older pair of basketball shoes that still feel good but have lost their grip, this is a solid and affordable way to get more use out of them. Definitely recommended!
