I really like the instruction page that came inside package with recipes and hints..I would not have thought to open the pouch and pour it directly into my dish as I am cooking. Flavor is distinct but nice and what I expected.

Good stuff-if your a home cook-you cant go wrong if your looking for this ingredient with this brand!

It tasted just like the base of the soba noodles I ate in Japan. Absolutely delicious!

The media could not be loaded.  Let me start with this if you enjoy seafood or fish you would like this original Dashie flavor , it is strong but when I do my miso soup it comes out delicious. I recommend this 100%, this is my second package it comes 10 in a package but it's worth.

I really like these dashi bags. They're really easy to use because they're in individual little bags. I just popped on into some hot water and got a delicious broth that I used with some noodles. The flavor is nice and strong. Its fairly salty and fishy, but not overwhelming. One bag can flavor a lot of water, so that's nice. Make sure to store in the refrigerator after opening.

Great flavor. Works really well in ramen broth.
