Lily Flame Scented Candle Tin - Heather & Honey

This smell is lovely - quite musty, sweet and floral - my favourite combination! Smells a bit like White Musk from the body shop but mixed with the smell of honeysuckle for sweetness. A really gorgeous smell that makes me think of warm Spring afternoons after a long walk in the rain. A really nice 'aah, I'm home' kind of smell. Some people say it smells a bit 'old' but I'm 21 and I'm in love! It's definitely personal taste though. Try smelling White Musk and something honeysuckle-y - that's the best way I can describe it. It's delicate enough to not be overbearing, but if you leave it for the recommended 3hours (to prevent tunneling), you can smell it faintly in the hallway as well as the room it's burning in for up to an hour - so it's definitely strong enough to scent a room thoroughly!

so unable to rate it in use but came quickly and did smell very nice in the tin. Went well with other slightly Scottish themed gifts.

I bulk ordered a few different scents these candles in the sale, rather than be boring and just re-order Rose Petals, Fairy Dust and Gardenia. Of all the different scents, this one was really surprising and beautiful. It's flowery but beautifully warm from the honey scent and it smells like summer. Will definitely re-purchase. Definitely the best of the bulk order. Would not repurchase Lavender and Lime (terrible scent combination)or Daffodils and Dandelion (odd medicinal scent). Rose Petals remains the loveliest but this is one that is definitely worth a try.

Its ok, not unpleasant - smells like your 'great aunt'. Wouldn't buy again. Went by previous review - a mistake!
