Not Effective
I found the royal jelly POWDER a lot less effective/ not effective compared to the fresh royal jelly. with fresh jelly I used to see the result immediately.the powder one also sticks to your mouth and it's really difficult to swallow.I wanted to return it but I decided to give it more chance... now I regret it.

not really!!
I have used RJ for years from different sources, but this one supposedly being concentrated, I found to be ineffective. Couldn't feel no even the slightest boost in any aspect. I bought 2 bottles and used almost 1 and the other is still in my cupboard. For me at least it didn't work. The same situation occurred to me with the powder pollen from the same company. Their buckwheat honey on the contrary, is fantastic!
