I really love this SOS brand. My favorite go-to treatment of a low. They are super tasty, melt fast in your mouth (it’s meant to melt, not chew), doesn’t fill you up like other low snacks, works fast to bring up a low blood sugar, and unlike juice or candy it seems to keep my sugars up and more stable for longer without the rollercoaster up and down spikes. Holds up really well in my bag (which gets the heck beaten out of it daily) I’ve yet to have any broken ones, and is skinner than a juice box so doesn’t take up a ton of room. 10/10 recommend trying, worth it for those on the go stubborn lows.

Product is good, however, it did not bring my husband 's sugar down as quickly as was expected. He ended up drinking some orange juice in addition to the chews.

The banana mango is tasty. A bit bigger than I expected and initially a bit difficult to handle if you’re feeling nauseous, but they dissolve fairly quick and there is no nasty artificial taste so once the first one is down the other two go more easily. Definitely an improvement over the glucose tabs that are hard chalky things you have to chew and choke down. I highly recommend and will be keeping these on hand for sure.

I love the flavor. I bought these because I don't absorb sugar in my stomach, and since these melt in your mouth, they are perfect! I wish there were more servings per container because they're a bit pricey, but all the good sugar products are pricier. They also smell delightful.

I’ve never had a glucose product that tastes good so I didn’t have high expectations. Though I was hopeful. They’re large. So you have to bite them in half. The texture reminded me of the freeze dried ice cream that came out in the 70’s. But stale. Like biting into frozen styrofoam. The flavor, a mix of fruit-fruit purée they called it. Imagine every fruit you can rotting & you still can’t imagine the taste. Puke. It tasted like puke. But it was cheap. So there’s that.

I am so happy to find a natural quick acting glucose source for low blood sugar treatment. These taste amazing and dissolve very quickly. They are about 5 g of sugar per tablet, which is a little bit high for me. I usually only need 2 to 3 g of sugar to treat a low. It would be nice if they made a smaller version that came in a multi pack That could be easily opened and closed. The current packages are a little hard to open when you’re low, especially at night.

They work, and taste better than I expected.

The teast is not that bad it takes about 5 minutes only to rise ur blood sugar
