Q: Does this come with a power cord? I mean what items are expected to be in the box when receiving this item?

- It doesn't with a power cord. - ATEM TVSP 4k and software sd card.

Q: Does this come with a power outlet? Or what items are expected to be in the box when received?

Like most blackmagic products it does not come with the cable. You will need your own standard computer power cable.

Q: Can this switcher act like an 8x8 Matrix?

It will not. It is designed to output a single Program feed and the ability to route one additional aux output (assignable). The product you would want is the black magic videohub. They are made in 12 x 12, 20 x 20 and 40x40. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

Q: does this have built in streaming capabilities?

No. It does not have streaming capabilities. You would need to output the signal from this to a separate encoder. FYI: We had a client use this (ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K) with a ATEM Mini Pro. The Mini Pro was only used as an encoder, not a switcher at all. I welcome you to reach out to us directly with any questions or additional details about this.
