I started taking these berberine gummies a few weeks ago, and I’m really impressed. They’re so much easier to take than capsules—no bitter aftertaste, just a pleasant flavor that makes it simple to stay consistent. I like that they don’t upset my stomach, and I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and better digestion since adding them to my routine. The texture is soft and chewy, and the gummies don’t stick together in the bottle, which is a plus. Not my favorite but not bad

I've used these for only a short time and can't say how effective they are for appetite suppression, digestion, or metabolism, but I'm willing to give it a try for a few months to see if there's a noticeable difference. The price was great though they have increased like most things in cost. Gummies are just so convenient. The taste on these is good, but I wouldn't say great, like many others have professed. I've had gummies that taste so good , you could eat them like theater box candy. These are palatable but not to the point I want to snack on them. I have found the better tasting gummies are more like gumdrops with that type of chewy texture over the "rubber" or silicone look. Those tend to be more dense. Either way, I just want something easy to take that is effective. Overall for the price, possible benefits, and decent taste, these are worth a try.

I find that it helps with the insulin resistance experienced with PCOS. I used to get exhausted from eating too many carbs at once, and now I don't. I've also noticed a reduction in facial hair, so I'm going to keep taking berberine. Much more pleasant than taking a pill too. They taste decent.

Not bad tasting, actually pretty good. They are a bit chewy, but nothing insurmountable! A good way to get your berberine! And the cost is not too expensive for my pocketbook. If you can afford any price....but I cannot. so all in all, I will continue most likely to buy these.

It lowered blood pressure up to 20 points once. Subsequent use had no effect whatsoever on Blood pressure. Tastes good tho.
