You can notice pump and improved strength after a month of regular use ( not loading just 3 gm per day) but it's solubility is a issue. It doesn't dissolve easily you have to add it in hot water or mix for 1 minute or something for proper dissolving. I am using it for more than a month and I have seen no side effects no hairfall but just you have to go for pee often 😅😂 Overall descent but store in proper condition otherwise it may form lumps.

Easy to mix, actually works just be patient if you are using it for the first time creatine takes 1 month to get fully absorbed in the body.

Good, But the scoop is only 3g. It should've been a 5g scoop. Mixability is fine and no noticeable taste.
