First of all it's not any colour, all grains have natural colours like when you soak rice it also release some white powder which looks like white colour water when soaked. Same goes for wheat also etc. Secondly the pure form of whole grain barley is taken and it's been processed in husk removing machine in a way until its outer layer of husk is removed till we get pure white colour grain from it. So this white colour is natural which grain leaves when soaked. So please enjoy all natural hulled barley and we would like to inform you this also that pearl barley is also processed from hulled barley.
