Not Really
You get what you pay for has never been truer. The built in crossover is set too high...probably 160Hz. The cabinet rattles as soon as you try decent bass. Don't get it if you want to do some thumping.

Not bad...
Before I bought these, there was next to no info on the web or anywhere else about these subs. All I knew is that it was an 8' subwoofer capable of 700W (according to Amazon). So before I get into my personal review, here are is the spec sheet that came with the subs (I ordered 2):Impedance: 8'Freq. Response: 20Hz-500HzSPL (W/M): 91dBThe speaker pole mounts on the top of the cabinets are 1 3/8in. diameter. The 700W claim on these is the woofer's PEAK power, NOT RMS rating. This kind of disappointed me, but what's done is done. Unpacked the subs, and one of them sounded like there was a screw rolling around inside it, so I was worried. However, when I hooked them up to my QSC GX5 amp and powered them up, the sound was fine. No unnecessary rattling or distortion. I had the amp running at about 3/4 power and the source volume all the way up, and I was getting some nice accurate bass response. In my crappy apartment with drywall everything, I could definitely feel the vibrations and could hear certain things around the apartment vibrating. No they are not JTR Orbit Shifters, but for 90 bucks a pop, I feel I could've done a lot worse. I am a local DJ on a VERY small budget and do a lot of smaller indoor mobile gigs, so these should work perfectly. So far, I would say I'm rather satisfied with my purchase. If the woofer ends up blowing, I'll probably just save the enclosure and drop a higher quality woofer in, because $90 ain't a bad price for an enclosure. I will keep this updated as I take them out for gigs to give people an idea of their longevity.EDIT: They lasted about 3 months with half power and moderate volume going through them, then randomly quit one day. Just stay away. I know it's tempting to want subwoofers in addition to regular speakers, but you're literally throwing cash away on these.

Good
Good speaker but had to bypass my crossover because it went out during a gig. It gives good bass but don't expect wall shaking bass from these speakers.

Junk
It was damaged when it arrived. The board inside broke loose and damaged the wiring shorting the terminals together. So when I plugged it in it shorted my amp out. Poor workmanship. The board was mounted with two screws instead of 4 and the corners on both sides broke loose and the board just hung from the wires during transit knocking around for many hours. It was a product of china. The Name MCM not custom audio was on the subwoofer and it is not mentioned in the description if so I never would have ordered it I have made that mistake once already. People need to be upfront about what they sell and then they will have a good business. Don't disguise your product with another name like Pro Audio when it is really MCM Custom audio. Just a lot of lost time and shipping charges. The vendor did offer a full refund and will pick up the product. They were sorry that the product destroyed my amp.

Great sub for the price!
I have been doing sound for multiple applications for over 20 years. Dont expect this thing to pound like a 15" Cerwin Vega. I put 500watts of clean power to this speaker and i am very satisfied with the output i recieve. Always remember that ALL new speakers need to be " broken in" at a medium or midway volume before using them to their full potential. I would suggest 100 hours of play before "cranking" any speaker. This speaker is compact and lightweight compared to others. Great buy for the money.

Looks nice
Bought a pair on a Tuesday, returned it on a Thursday. Speaker stopped playing and I wasn't, by any means, pushing it with my system either. Got no bass that warranted that huge box. Looks nice.
