UPDATE: The company stands by their product. They offered a refund or replacement cart (new model) since I had trouble with mine. 3 stars for the product, 5 stars for customer service!This cart is sturdy and well made, but the cart moves from side to side a few inches at a time as you pull it which is uncomfortable and makes it feel unsteady. It also doesn't break down for storage well. I fight with it for 10 minutes to get the wrap around it each time.

UPDATE:The seller sent me 2 free replacement wheels to correct the defective wheel. They were very easy to communicate with. Thank you.I bought this cart for personal use to carry my cars detail supplies and backpack for my car at car shows. On the 2nd day the 7" rear plastic wheel bearing/race malfunctioned and ruined the bore of the plastic wheel. As seen in the pictures there is a minimal amount of weight and this wheel should not have fell part like it did.Via Amazon I requested the manufacture/seller send the replacement wheels as they are generally easy to snap on/off. "Please ship me (2) complete rear wheel replacements under warranty (Wheel, frame, with square shaft complete)..."

This cart is perfect for the car, groceries, moving small items even my dog jumps in to go outside. Folds up easy and smooth rolling

We bought this wagon as my husband is handicapped and we are elderly and I have back problems. When I come home with a lot of groceries/heavy items I can use this wagon to transfer everything from the car, down the hallway, to our apartment. I also use it to take trash to the community compactor.The wagon takes a lot of weight and is a great help!
