Q: how much similar smell to other brands?

Dnt even think of buying it. It's jst local attar that they're selling it by making their own brand. Fragrance doesn't even last 2 hours.

Q: Which is best for among 4 gold variants??

Wood is good one but problem with AXE is the fragrance will fade away in 3-4 hours I would suggest to go with other brands like Jagur , WildStone Code...etc

Q: Does italian flavour better than other 3 variants??

Am not sure abt other 3 but this amber is not worth for money.. not good fragrance,not lasting for few hours..
