Excellent product

While browsing for BT speakers out there...this one came up with some seriously rave reviews. I was using JBL bluetooh speaker before this. This speaker is quite sturdy. The bass is definitely powerful. But somehow when I play Odesza ...the Bass is all I can hear. That's a little drawback with the sound quality. The price is great. I received this product within one day. The color black and orange is a good one. The design is really sturdy. I dont think that this speaker can ever break or get damaged. The battery back up is great. The first time I received it, i was too thrilled and so didn't charge it. It lasted for good 7 hours. Only one star less for wondering why it ccant play Odeza right! Go figure.Updated Review, December 10th, 2018: OKay...o over the few months of moderate usage the BT has grown feeble. Like, i'm talking about reception from one room to another. The speaker stop catching any signal and automatically shuts off leaving the phone on play. so you basically have to keep the phone close to the speaker at all times. Another characteristic I have been made aware of is the fact that not only there is this annoying beep-beep sound when the speaker is low on battery while actively playing a track but also the fact that while it is on charge you cannot continue to play the track. Atleast NOT when it is paired with my Iphonex. So, I have to fully charge the speaker before i can pair it again to be able to play! GO figure!.

It was superb in sound and bass

The only negative part is the buttons and that is the only reason this didn't go for too long. You need to put pressure on buttons but with time the button covers start breaking. And as they break, the sound bass obviously reduces. Otherwise it's a good product but the buttons are a real problem

I was torn between this and JBL GO, and opted to try that one in the end and I'm not disappointed.Compared to other speakers in the same price range, it's far superior and delivers what it promises.The speaker is sturdy and good for outdoor use and has a very long lasting battery life of ~9 hours (so far).Coming to quality of sound, the delivery is pretty good and boasts of especially good bass from it's size. Good with clear voice even at higher volume levels.Did notice that the sound cracks a little at higher volume when playing hard rock or heavy metal but can't expect such a small spesker to provide everything.The speaker also promises to be waterproof, though I did notice the sound to crackle when tested.All in all a good quality speaker and lives up to it's price tag. Though not meant for large areas, but I'm assuming that's already a given.To end, the speaker packs a mean punch and definitely worth buying.

I love this product for its value for money and the best in this segment. The speaker has a very good battery back up. With 80% volume I get 10-12 hour battery back up. It is portable but won't fit that easily in your pocket like the JBL speaker. But this one comes with a rubber loop attached for hanging/carrying the speaker. If I have to tell about the sound quality and loudness, it is very loud for a small to medium sized room and has very good bass. The design is pretty tough and I believe it can take occasional drops (even though I haven't dropped this ever). Bluetooth connectivity with mobile phone is smooth and quick enough. Would take 2-3 seconds, but in android, once it connects it will disconnect once and you have to press the play button again (rarely this happens twice). This happen almost always on android, while on iOS there is no such issue. But this issue is not a deal-breaker. But when it comes to connecting to PC, I never was successful even once. I have to use the 3.5mm audio cable that comes with the speaker. This is little disappointing! Boat claims it's problem with the computer manufacturers(driver issue), but I don't face that issue with Philips or JBL speakers. But since I don't use much on laptops, I'm managing it. I would have been very happy if it was able to connect via Bluetooth.Overall it's value for money and the best and I really love for such a huge battery backup and sound quality.If you find it helpful, please upvote.
