It is a good product, it is light weight and very effective, it is also very easy to use, you can do it anywhere, I liked it very much.

It's not the best material and may not even last long as material is cheap. You get quality for what u pay. Been using it for just 3 days. For a beginner, it's helpful and it's holding for now. Will post an update if the item breaks too quickly. I bought it based on the review rating. On deeper inspection, noticed that the 4 ⭐ or above ratings r all given by global customers. Indian customers seem to be getting a cheaper varient and hence the quality issue. For those who plan to still buy in India, understand that the item is non-returnable ( another flag to understand that sub standard item is being marketed)

This is not a good product. I bought it looking at its 4.5 star review but later found its elastic belt very low in elastic resistance and not so helpful for your legs and stomach. You can easily pull it with your legs and donot feel like exercising at all.

The item is quite cheap quality and no resitance at all. it is just like a loose thermacol plastic wrap. material is BAD. GIVE ME MY REFUND. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY.

I gave this item four stars for the following reasons: 1) The seller stands behind their product. I had a problem with a few of the bands where the black nylon piece that attaches with grommets frayed and broke. I contacted the seller via the email that is included on a slip of paper with the order. They apologized for the fraying. They said it was due to an increase of orders due to Covid, and a shortage of workers. They said they had since corrected the problem. They also refunded my money at my request, and sent me a brand new set of bands. 2) The versatility of the bands is great. There are many exercises I did with the pulley machine at the gym, that I am able to mimic with these bands. However, I didn’t give these bands five stars, because I still feel with the new set that the nylon attached to the band with grommets, should be thicker or be made of latex. The actual band itself seems very strong and durable. The nylon piece still seems questionable to me. I have not yet used the new set, but worry that although the seller said they remedied the issue, that from use it will once again do the same thing. I should also mention that I know how to properly use the bands and did not over stretch or abuse them in any way. Thus, the fraying from a normal amount of use is something that might happen to anyone who uses them. Would I recommend them? Yes and no. I like the variety, and how it is all contained with anchor, handles, and leg pieces. But if these new ones fray again after only a couple months of use, I probably would instead purchase the full loop bands made of 100% latex that can still be used a variety of ways. You would just have to purchase an anchor.
