Beautiful butterfly wings to make a very simple costume

The neckpiece is a lot of weight to put around your throat. I backstitched it to a black shirt and it worked very well. Made me feel pretty and it was swishy and bright and fun.

I bought these wings for a pride outfit and have worn them every year since. They always stand out in a crowd making a statement wherever I go. People often stopped me on the street just a compliment them. The only criticism I have is the neck brace that holds it together is not very fashionable however, I just hid it by tucking it in the back of my shirt and the wings stayed on. I’ve been asked many times where I got it and I always recommend it.

I'm 5'6" and it comes downs to my ankles. The design is not bad, but it's only on one side. The collar is hideous. It has a gem design on it which has nothing to do with wings. It may have worked if it had been black. I cut it off and pinned the 3" cut part to my shirt. It's inexpensive so if you wanted a really nice look you could sew two back to back and a new collar or right on to a shirt.

These wings were PERFECT for my Halloween costume! I received so many compliments!!! The colors are gorgeous, it’s super light weight, the neck and finger attachments are incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is I don’t for the life of me understand why the part that goes around your neck is a jewel pattern!! If I had time and sewing skills I would have change it to a solid black fabric but I dealt with the random jewels instead. 10/10 I’d recommend these, though. I wore this ALL DAY and was never uncomfortable. I was worried the neck would be too tight but the combo of elastic and Velcro made it perfectly fine.

I bought these wings for Pride, and I wasn't disappointed at all. As some people have mentioned, they are brighter on the back and not the forward-facing bits. I didn't find that to be a problem since that's how butterfly wings actually are.The neckholder is a little small, so if you have a larger neck you may want to just cut it off and sew on a ribbon.But other than that these were perfect! They are light and silky and actually protected my shoulders from the sun.They are really vibrant and eye-catching and I got a ton of compliments on them!If I ever need wings of another color, I will definitely be buying these again.
