Spot on fit
Yes, a bit much for a rubber diaphragm. However, better this than my trying to cut out and refit a new valve body.

Nothing wrong with the assembly. Fixed the leaking valve. A caveat. You would be better off buying the whole valve.

Just make sure you turn water off and relieve pressure taking top off valve.

More expensive than complete Irritrol 2400T .. so NO DEAL
The part might fit well.. however it is more expensive than the complete set with solenoid included.. so i returned it and replace the entire upper part .. think about it.
