Easily broken- not safe
My product arrived broken meaning beads were falling out ( hence cellotape). The product looks easily breakable meaning it is not safe for babies.

Arrived damaged
Product arrive with a crack on the back meaning unsafe to use in case beads become loose. Very disappointed as I have used similar item at work and they were never damaged easily.

It's cute looking, but its beads are loud and the plastic head is very flimsy and looks like it would easily dent or crack.The small diameter does not allow for full wave effect.
