Designed to protect your 6.0L Powerstroke's turbo by maximizing the flow of cool oil in and hot oil out. This kit achieves this by addressing the design flaws of the factory oil supply and drain lines that can rob turbo performance and lead to failure. Oil Feed line Issue - Ford's original design of the feed line featured a braided section that was prone to leaking. A leaking oil supply line will starve the turbo of cool oil which lead to poor performance and eventually a turbo failure. This kit includes a brand new feed line that is made from a single piece of tubing with no braided section. Eliminating this weak point ensures that your turbo is getting proper oil flow by reducing the chance of a leak that can cause catastrophic failure. Oil Drain Tube Issue - The 6.0L Powerstrokes came factory equipped with a restrictive drain tube. This poor design does allows hot oil to stay in the turbo which will eventually cook the internal turbo components causing poor performance and eventually failure. Our oil drain tube has a larger inside diameter to maximize the flow of hot oil out of the turbo which increase the life and performance of the 6.0L Powerstroke Garrett Turbo.
