Buy ONLY if you own a smartphone with 5" plus 440 PPI or better otherwise feel DISAPPOINTED!
UPDATE [Aug 21]: Attaching a QR code for those having difficult time finding it over internet. First thing first: Product was delivered on schedule and as described! No complains of any nature! I bought this for my daughter who would keep insisting on my taking her to 7D-9D cinema in the city almost every other day though I did that so many times, a fussy kid, indeed ;). I also bought a cheaper one and there is no significant noticiable difference in the viewing experience except for the ability to adjust focus. I will explain the reason in a moment below. I am completely satisfied with my purchase in terms of product quality and delivery. About a month later, I also got a call from a very courteous customer care executive from Procus who seemed quite willing to help me out with any product related queries and contacted proactively for my experience and opinion about the product. I think that speaks a lot about their perseverance concerning the product improvement and user satisfaction. They even shared a link to their new game they just released on the google play (I've got an iPhone though ;). If you are keen on purchasing one for yourself, I would recommend Procus in a heartbeat. There is nothing wrong with the VR device. VR technology, though exciting, is still far from real primarily because of the insufficient pixel density on smartphones today. In a nutshell, the actual show-stopper for the true smooth viewing experience is the lack of ample screen pixel density of your smartphone other than the necessity of a screen size measuring 5.5 or above. The pixelation of the screen comes in the way too much that you feel like you are just watching a classic CRT table top TV where you can see individual pixels (you are basically viewing your smartphone screen through a lens of pair, there is no circuitry involved in the VR box, that's all about a VR Box). Those who have purchased the device and experienced VR would agree with me that even a high-end smartphone with 441+ PPI falls short of the requirement for a true smooth viewing experiencing without noticeable pixelation, but any lower PPI, and you will undoubtedly bang your head against wall for spending this much money in vein because I did :( (iPhone5s- 326PPI - 4") However, I do not attribute it to the Procus as it is the limitation of the VR technology and Procus VR device just does the job well depending solely on the smartphone you use. I recommend Procus VR without reservation, but if you do not have a smartphone with a screen size measuring at least 5" plus 400 PPI or more, your money is simply going down the drain no matter which VR box currently available in the market you buy including expensive VR box from SAMSUNG as you are gonna be SORELY DISAPPOINTED. So, if that is the case, no need to waste your hard-earned money as any cheap VR box/cardboard under 1K that you can lay hands upon would suffice and let you experience VR technology. That way you'll always have a choice whether to go ahead and buy an expensive one. Period. Hope this helps!

Major design flaw!
Just opened the box. Tried it on. Product seems decent. One star for wrong commitment. They showed magnetic clicker with the product. But there's just the headset in the box. Will update the review upon testing the product. Updated on Oct 28 ,2016- If your phone has buttons on your side , like my one plus 3, this won't work at all. The case holding the phone has spring clamps inside which press the power button continuously, resulting in phone restarting again and again. Its equivalent of holding the power button for 5 seconds to force restart the phone. I had to try some jugaad and used a earbud to get some gap between the clamp and the power button. Then the other clamp started pushing the volume rocker on the other side of phone. Resulting in phone going in silent mode. Every time I tried using it, I spent good 5-10 minutes finding the perfect balance to make sure neither the power nor the volume buttons are pressed to hard!! It will work with phones like iPhones and samsung phones which have power button on top. But the volume buttons are still on sides!! On one hand if your phone size is less than 5.5 inches, you might not get immersive experience but on the other hand if it is 5.5 inch big, you will face the challenge I talked about. Returning this item. Product design not thought through.

A winner in it's league.
It's a minimally designed extension to the google cardboard headset. It improves on the ergonomics of wearing a cardboard but cardboard compatible apps may not work with this as it doesn't have a magnet that cardboard apps require you to have. You could do well with a bluetooth remote controller, but most of them haven't been standardized yet. It doesn't compare to a samsung gear VR, HTC Vive, or the Ocullus Rift but this is more of an introduction to VR. So, it is a good device if you have your expectations right. If you have tried them you will realize that they have internal gyros, and other sensors of high precision which are seamlessly integrated into the devices, and VR ecosystem. So they do come at a premium, and you shouldn't expect that with this headset. All that put aside, you still have a limited field of view and modest optics on this headset. Nothing out of the ordinary. You will have a good experience with a 5.5 inch phone but it will be a little hard to fit. You will have a bad experience with a 5.1 inch or lesser phone. I enjoyed a good 2 - 3 weeks of experiencing a medium(VR) which will certainly be the future of media consumption, there are good apps that let you watch videos in a theater environment, but I can't wait for youtube to offer all its content in VR mode. Phones still need a higher resolution, better graphics cards, gyros, and bigger batteries to make this like television or other screens. While, that may be it is still worth a try, and I am glad that I spent on an economical headset.

Procus reached out for a review
Package Quality is B+, basic packaging but consequently minimal waste. In-box : apart from the Headset, an ACTUAL microfiber cloth - not the r/maliciouscompliance equivalent of microfiber towels pushed hard by resellers on Amazon, the actual tiny cloth that comes with your spectacles. Quality of the Headset is A+. There is even a physic button to simulate screen tap which comes very handy when viewing basic apps that doesn't require dedicated controller/remote. Adjustable position of the lenses in both X and Z axis is a great feature to have. ROCK SOLID Phone Clamping system. I think this has been my favorite among all the affordable VR headsets I have tried. At the price point of 2K INR, it is worthwhile purchase. But is it justifiable? This is NOT a reflection on the product itself, but the state of Android VR from the content perspective. There is only so much content available in VR space when it comes to Android, and it is mostly in 360 videos, most of which are SBS content, NOT stereoscopic. Plus a lot of momentum which VR has gained during its peak, 2 year period following the unveiling of Google Cardboard, many of the actually worthwhile VR apps have gone defunct, removed from Playstore. Therefore, the product itself is a good product. BUT please make sure you are aware with the state of VR in Android space before you commit with the purchase.

Not very good. Okay for the first timers who wants to experience VR headset
Very basic headset. Not much to do. I suppose that is why the low cost. The remove Amazon suggested with it was absurd. I am not able to get it work even after few months. Also, most advertised feature of the product is that free VR game. Unfortunately, that did not work on iOS. Last but not the least, I managed to try it to run the game on Android, to which it says that the game doesnโt work on latest android version. It is work in process right now. So ultimately it is not worth to buy in any way.

Premium product but it doesn't suit my 6/6 eyesight.
Product quality is superior, but it was giving me blurry vision, even after adjusting lenses vertically, I tried a lot still no use, after keeping the phone holding tray open and holding the phone manually at distance 1-2cm away from it's designated area gotta clear image, which is obviously not possible to do all the time ,I have vr box of costing Rs 200/- that's giving me perfectly fine image, that means no trouble with my eyesight(it's 6/6,I don't have glasses). I needed a premium VR so gotta ordered this. I have returned it on the same day thanks to Amazon return policy,or else they would have lost their valuable customer, permanently. The thing procus guys need to do is to give more 1-2 cm adjustable distance between the two lenses so this problem can be eliminated.otherwise the product is really of premium quality.

Awesome VR.
I got this VR headset after going through plethora of reviews online and after browsing through other products in similar range. I have no regrets whatsoever till date. The headset is well built with sturdy plastic and the straps are well adjustable as per the user's head size. The headset is comfortable enough to be worn for long hours but would not recommend on using Vr's for prolonged hours as it may damage eyesight. I was able to use it with my glasses on so no complaints on that front. Android still has a lot to do to work on VR related apps but still the ones that are available was worth a try with this headset. The fact that I could view movies and videos in a bigger screen added to the happiness. The only complaint that I had or have is the lack of a magnetic clicker and even though it comes bundled with the headset now (I had to buy it separately), it struggles a lot to work at times. I would rather recommend buying a bluetooth gamepad or remote controller so that you would not have to go through the hassle of opening the headset time and time again to select contents. But again I did purchase the bluetooth remote controller and it stopped working in a day or two. So not sure what would be the best option. Irrespective of this small flaw, I truly love my headset and would definitley recommend this to any one who is looking forward to buy a good headset and is confused with the plethora of headsets available online. If you have those extra bucks then I would recommend you to rather go with the PRO version of Procus VR since it has the headphones embedded in it (Kind looks like the Cyclpos from X-MEN, Cool!!) Lastly, I am looking forward to the Procus VR games that the team has promised to deliver to all the buyers in the coming days.
