I got barely20 welds before they quit
I would give this product one star, but the design is nice and great for small jump rings….when it works and it didn’t work for long. I used them for the fifth time and they quit working. I was in the middle of a busy event. I liked the design of these pliers, but had to use my clunky pliers as backups. Pepe tools doesn’t seem interested in troubleshooting the issues. The link through Amazon to Pepe tools is frustrating because there are constant pop-ups for coupons and zero troubleshooting. I don’t want coupons. I need support. Unfortunately I didn’t use these for a while because my dad passed away. When I got back to my permanent jewelry, 6 months had passed and they won’t allow returns.
