Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 1TB, Silver for AT&T (Renewed Premium)

So I was gonna get a phone from Apple just to be safe but Apple wanted $1000 for this phone. I decided to get it from here. First of all, the phone quality is virtually flawless. There’s probably some scratches and stuff but I wouldn’t know, I guess I don’t pay attention enough for that. But, I waited to do this review until I set the phone up. The ease of setup was great, I went to T-mobile and the phone was unlocked, exactly as described and I had no issues setting up my phone. This product was almost 300 dollars less than Apple was offering for the same product (certified refurbished on the Apple store app). This was 100% worth the money. I know that some people received bad products but if you really need a phone, this is the seller to go to. I got the phone 1 day after I ordered it. Also, if you get a bad product, it’s amazon so the return is EASY. Take the chance, get the phone. If it sucks, return it. But just know that about 80% of the people who order from this seller get good phones. Yes, I would’ve wanted the battery health to be at 100 but for a phone in this condition, Apple is wants $1000. I’m very satisfied, everything works on the phone. I’m able to do whatever I want on it and it hasn’t given me any problems (I will update if it does). If you’re deciding between this seller and Apple, I’d say get it from this seller.

Like most I was skeptical to purchase an iPhone from another source other than Apple with all the scams with apple products. This is a psa to everyone that it is indeed the real deal verified with apple. iPhone comes packaged super well and neat, the exterior of the iPhone is immaculate, no scratches, no dings, and very clean, the battery percentage was at 95%. And setup was identical to any other iPhone setup. Set your mind at ease, and full send, it’s totally worth your hard earned money.

So far so good. iPhone showed absolutely no wear. Screen was scratch free and frame was in great shape. Battery life was 100%. I’ve purchased renewed premium before and was disappointed. This was the best experience I’ve had from Amazon with phones.

Item received was like new. put it through all tests and it performed great. no marks on the phone. Connected to Straight talk with no problems.

Unfortunately, I've had multiple bad experiences with these so-called “renewed” devices. Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice, shame on me. The first premium renewed device (iPhone 14 Pro Max) came with multiple scratches included a small chip on the frame of one of the lens. According to Amazon, a device is classified as “premium” if any imperfection can’t be seen within an arm length— and this was certainly not the case. I returned the device and re-ordered another. Their return policy by the way, is horrendous: You have to wait about a month (In almost any scenario) to get your money back in full. So while I waited for $1,000 to be returned, I placed another $1,000 order because I needed a phone. This phone looked cosmetically great. There was only one (big) problem I later discovered: the GPS didn’t work! It was glitchy on both Apple and Google Maps. I reached out to Apple and they told me their diagnostic test indicated a deeper analysis will be needed and a repair would be likely. I decided I didn’t want to deal with Amazon anymore and returned the device. As I wait now for $2,000 in total be returned, I went to the Apple Store and buy a brand new device. I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max instead. Although I paid a bit more, there’s peace of mind of a better return policy, a clean phone, and an overall experience. Folks, if you’re going to spend hundreds on a phone, PLEASE just buy yourself a new one and save yourself a headache. Amazon is not the convenient, reliable company it once was.

I love this phone - the size is good because of my preference (I love the bigger version iPhones). Nice quality camera back and front.I gave 4 stars because this is a renewed premium but my battery health goes down like every week even though I set up everything to reduce over use of the phone

just like new! can't complain, i have had it for a while now and it has worked properly without issues

I was wary about buying a phone off of Amazon, as I’d never done it before, but this one is great! It shipped quickly and came in setup mode so all I had to do was charge it and take it to AT&T for a data transfer. There is a tiny chip in the casing, but that is probably to be expected with secondhand. The screen is fine and overall I haven’t seen anything wrong yet.
