Pathetic Service from IFB
I ordered 2 air conditioners. They were delivered to me on 13th August and free installation was to take place within 48 hours. It has now been 10 days and both Amazon and IFB are making useless excuses. I keep trying to escalate the matter at IFB but the numbers they provide for their managers are either wrong (don't exist) or the manager does not answer. At some point or the other they mention that they tried to call to schedule the service but that is totally untrue and I have screenshots of my phone log to prove it.I have made the mistake of buying from IFB and Amazon and even though the price is competitive, I would strongly advise anyone not to waste their time.

IFB 2 ton AC all going good
Overall good product. Though not chilling my hall, may be because of the size of the hall, but make the overall temoerature pleasant.Cons: the size of outdoor unit is HUGE, very huge. You have to place it at floor.It is installed in 3 days post delivery. Installation guy seems greedy, he didnt used the provided pipes & wires and charged me Rs 1600 extra for same. Installation guy even said not to tell customer care about this extra charges

Product features does not match ..!!
We ordered ifb 2ton split ac but description given here on amazon doesnot match with the product delivered.Heating mode shown here is not available.Horizontal swing shown here is also not there.

Wastage of money
It's just waste of your money doesn't cool my 5 yr old daikin 1.5 ton a. c was giving me same cooling after 5 yr of extensive usage I am going to sell it next year on olx that's for sure plz guys don't waste your money buy Mitsubishi instead... And plz don't buy from AMAZON at all they make lame excuses so that they don't have to change the product...
