Pretty decent basic sandwich maker, it's big enough to fit two bread inside, nonstick coating will go away if not handle with care, use silicon spatula, built quality is 7 out of 10 , not bad, not good, decent product. Packaging was really good, I was scared it will come out broken as there are many people complaining about receiving damage product, but my one was 100% perfect, giving 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐ for packaging. Decent product for home use. You can buy this.

This product is absolute BS please don't buy this product. Used this just twice and already light coming off and also small cracks if you want sturdy toaster this is absolutely not the one and service alone is absolutely sh*t. No service of home pick has to go to the service centre only to find the service centre they gave closed months ago and after that for 200 they will send a technician. And now they say there is crack so they won't replace it .... So before getting into this think twice. यह उत्पाद बिल्कुल बेकार है, कृपया इसे न खरीदें। मैंने इसे सिर्फ दो बार इस्तेमाल किया और इसकी लाइट पहले ही निकलने लगी है और इसमें छोटी-छोटी दरारें भी आ गई हैं। अगर आपको मजबूत टोस्टर चाहिए तो यह बिल्कुल भी सही नहीं है और इसकी सर्विस भी घटिया है।होम पिकअप की सर्विस के लिए सर्विस सेंटर जाना पड़ता है, लेकिन पता चलता है कि उन्होंने जो सर्विस सेंटर बताया था वह महीनों पहले बंद हो चुका है। अब 200 रुपये में वे एक टेक्नीशियन भेजेंगे। और अब वे कहते हैं कि गाड़ी में दरार है।

Good Product, but Build Quality Needs Improvement
Nice product, but please handle it with care as the upper plastic is fragile. The inner Metal is somewhat exposed on the left and right sides so keep ur hands safe. Also, the light on my unit seems slightly loose, as if it is not fixed properly.
