3rd Class Service
My product broke down in 6 months. That’s not the actual problem but the harassment thereof. Customer Service, Seller, Service Center will pass the buck onto each other. As per policies if it breaks down in warranty, they are supposed to replace the product. However they will behave as if you are the first customer with such issue and they will have to formulate processes just for you. Ignorance is a bliss! No one should ever order Orient fans online.
