I bought it long ago 2 years back. It is still working in good condition.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The mixer grinder was not working right out of the box, which clearly indicates a possible electrical or manufacturing defect. I was expecting a quality product, but instead I received a completely unusable item. This has been a huge waste of my time and effort. I had to unpack it, test it multiple times, and now I have to go through the hassle of requesting a replacement or refund. Basic quality checks seem to have been ignored before shipping. I strongly advise buyers to think twice before purchasing this product. A brand should never deliver a defective appliance to its customers. Extremely poor quality control and a very frustrating experience.

Nice product But I disappoint with paking the box from store and I think 🤔 i received a already open product that was someone return goods 😕😞 this is not expecting from Amazon service But I received all items all good But that plastic low quality who changed the item who returned the product that customer or delivery agent ? End of the day unknown customer was suffering with ur irresponsible service ! Even I don't get an invoice of the product ! Old customer delivery address covered with black paper by Amazon service

Normal grinding is ok but if you are looking for juicer as main requirement, this is not recommended product. Simply waste of purchasing (juicer jar).
