Looking for all stainless steel to be dishwasher safe with no forever chemicals leached. The first one I tried felt great but saw the handle was silver paint and found the fine print description said it comes off in the dishwasher. Tried two other models of theirs, they didn’t have the paint but didn’t feel as comfortable. But then, after just two times in the dishwasher they got rusty! Can’t trust this brand.

These have held up for some time now. They are strong and sharp. What else do you want?
