Such a great quality of the non stick coating.I wanna clear the misconceptions about non sticks for people who complains that their non stick coating comes off, so the thumb rule for non stick is to never never never use any metal spoon on it, even if it is recommended, 2- never cook any thing on a very high flame on non sticks 3-never wash it in dishwasher bcoz after few months ur non stick coating will start coming off 4- always use olive oil or butter while cooking in non sticks, rest all the oils are not that recommended to cook. 5- always wash ur pan when it is cold, never wash it when it is still hot 6- wash it with the sponge and not scrub 7- be gentle with ur pans, hang it on the wall, store it individually, never keep anything on it while storing.If u guys follow this for sure ur non stick coatings are gonna last for years.. Trust me ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nonstick property does not last *by on Reviewed in India 28 September 2020* Wonderful and a real joy to use to use for several months.However the non-stick coating doesn't last as much as we would think it should in such an expensive product.Serious degradation has occurred after 4-5 months of regular use. Cared for properly without abrasives and stored properly. Food now sticks unless a lot of oil is used.I would like there to be a recycling program in place to return the nonstick pans for recoating. Nothing wrong with the pan/lid/handle.
