Great set for a great price. All of the items included makes this such a great snag. I am happy with the quality of everything. Initially was just going to get the dough hook but this whole set has made the bread making process so much easier and more professional. The bread lame is another great bonus. I am not a sourdough expert by any means so if you're very experienced this kit might not be the exact thing you need but for a beginner it's great.
