For the given price it's good and handy. Quality of the material is compromised. It's easy to use. It's good for pain.

I have purchased this Ice bag again - as the old one served me well but has started leaking water.However, the product looks cheaper. Two immediate differences - a) In old model, the name was embossed on the cap, now there is a plastic tape with name on the cap b) size of the old bag was bigger/longer, new one is smaller.However, it is doing its job ok - no leakage so far. Keeping my fingers crossed !!

Tha quality wise material is good.. And as the cooling is holding till 4 to 5 hours.. And we can use it for long time.. Once we fill the ice cubes or ice pieces.. The material a is very friendly.. Thanks to amazon

Everything was good for 2 weeks. Ease of using, cooling, and pain relief. But the quality was not ao good. It has got holes within 15 to 20 days and water is leaking here and there. Replacement window is closed and not it’s useless.

I gave ome star less only because the bag when filled with ice, after sometime dew forms on the external surface of the bag which makes the table surface wet.Cold regions may not face this problem but if ur stayng in a place ike mumbai where there is beastly humidity you are bound to face this problem.Otherwise the product is v.good.

This is a nice little ice pack small in size and quality is also almost all the products of RossMax are of good quality its UPTU to the mark the ice pack does its job holds water and ice cubes perfectly he doesn't like it and its soft cloth conforms to every part of the application area it is try square completely and I can advise anyone looking for it to just go for it

I bought 3 of these , two for my friend and one for myself , out of these three , 2 of them are leaky, the one that works , is really effective and i really like it , but unfortunately 2 outta 3 being defective is not great. Hence , 2 stars.
