Morphy Richards HBCP Hand Blender (White, 400-Watt)

Very happy with the purchase. Powerful motor. Does exactly what it advertises. Only downside is the switch is not a ON / OFF type switch. It is a push button so it only is working as long as we push the button. This can become tedious after sometime. Also the push button needs to be pushed hard. Can't think of any reason why Morphy Richards chose this. But overall it's a very good purchase.

nice product and worth buying. good quality plastic. powerful. Only one issue which I faced... height of blades from bottom of dome and the cuts on the dome side combination is such that when we blend something less quantity in a shallow pot (say gravy masala etc); it splashes / throws the stuff out. We have been using hand blender since long and never faces such issue. However; blending less quantity of something in deep pot is absolutely fine.

Product is indeed very good, easy to use and clean. The only thing that bothers a little is it can’t be used for more than ~3 minutes in a stretch. In such cases one may need to take a break of around 10 minutes to use it again. That happened only once or twice so satisfied overall.

Very good, Value for money

Product is excellent but the Morphy Richards service is pathetic. It was working superb almost 10 months and then suddenly it stopped working. I called customer service and a service engineer came and took away the blender for repairing. After that they never returned to me and it is more than 2 months. I called service center many times but every time got the reply that they will call me back but never got their call back. On calling customer care they used to reply that only log the complain and don't provide the service.

ill start with the good things 1st: the motor is powerful, the chopper is quick, it just take seconds to finely chop the vegetables. the quality is good, very study plastic doesnt seems cheap at all. the jar is big, good for more members in the family. the wire is not too long and not too short again good quality. easy setup. the negative points: the chopper machine is bit heavy. as it has big jar 1 onion or small tomato doesnt get chopped properly. buttons are too tight, after a while the finger start paining due to pressing it for itz operations.

This is the 2nd time I had bought this. The first one which I've bought earlier nearly 6 years ago got spoilt due to my mistake. This is a very essential tool in the kitchen which makes the chopping and cooking very fast. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Everything is good but the brand name on the product has disappeared, I don't know how, we have morphy Richard mixer grinder and we clean that also with water but brand name is still there but in blender it disappered, so I have confusion that whether it's a gunine product.
