The shaker worked great for couple weeks and then it just stooped working. Protein gets stuck between the rubber ring of the protein cup, which is fairly difficult to remove. The quality of the shaker is not great and sometimes it leaks when you clean the stuck protein on the rubber ring and put it back. I couldn't find any info in the warranty from the seller. I would recoomend buying a different bottle.

I really liked this bottle at first and think the general function works well. However within a week the button stopped working correctly and now needs to be pushed in really hard and held tightly for it to start mixing. Additionally, in about the third week it started leaking from the bottom where the mixing apparatus and the cup come together. I was only using it twice a day to mix water with shake powder so I wasn’t doing anything difficult with it. Waste of money for something that only lasted 3 weeks.Update: I kept using the bottle despite the leak because I didn't have a replacement. A few weeks after I wrote the initial review, the blender function stopped working altogether. The base still spins when the bottle isn't on it, but the blender arms inside the bottle are stuck and will not move. I finally just threw it away.

I love this! Works great just wish they made a 20 oz one. For people that use more protein, but mixes my shake pretty good & It says you can detach the bottom but I haven't been able it's really stuck on there.

Like the cup but it broke again for the 2nd time in the last 3months just by only using broths.

I LOVE this bottle. The fact that it is rechargeable is amazing and it blends my drinks up perfectly. I had a small problem with the manufacturing when I received it, but the company sent me a new one!

I really love this cup. It mixes my protein powder with milk extremely well. It is super easy to clean and the bottom (motor) twists right off and same as the lid. I've used this about 4 times and not one leak. You may want to shake the cup after adding your ingredients if you add the powder first then turn it on. Also this doesn't chop ice or fruit. I think if you are just using soft (yogurt or peanut butter) milk or water and powder this will work great for you. Overall this is great and I really love it.

At first, it was working like a charm. The problem was that the clips/slits for the lid cracked and the lid became loose. Even though it still works, now I have to hold the lid down so it wont spill. A new design should be more durable for these cases. Other than that it did the purpose, noting that I only used with protein powder.
