Beware that there is no Customer Support available
Worst Product. No Customer Support. The coil of the Tandoor stopped working after 3 uses which was after product return window stopped. There is no way on can contact the Support centre. They have the email on which i wrote the email. but till now there is no response after approx one month

Seems faulty or not useful
Just tried to start once but there was too much noise and smoke also hence quickly switched off and need to replace

Easy to use
Easy in carrying you can make like paneer chilla tasty chicken in couple of minutes in easy war. I used it for making paner tikka. It's really a good product under this price

6A plug on a 2000watt tandoor!
The media could not be loaded. Great value for money but the major problem with it was the manufacturer provided underrated wire and only 6A plug for a 2000watt oven! It's very dangerous. I had to manually install a thicker wire and 16A plug from local hardware which cost me about 150rs.Hence, 3 stars.
