MechLands Ajazz Gift 45gf Linear Mechanical Switch Set, Pre-lubed, 5 Pin Switch, 45 Pieces, with POM Stem, Compatible with MX Keycaps for Gaming Keyboard

These are really impressive. These feel very smooth and creamy and the lubing is pretty even across mine. Almost no wobble, even when bottomed out, but not scratchy either. They're 45gf, but feel a tad heavier than my 55gf Aqua Kings. I'd actually like it if they were even a bit lighter, I might try switching out the springs at some point. They're currently listed at $12.99 for 45 switches. I'd call this an extremely underrated deal at that price.

Let start off by saying that my old keyboards were blue switches, loud and clicky switches. I liked those for a while then it got annoying so I was in the market for some smooth not so loud switches. That is when I found these switches, these sound, as the kids of today put it, creamy. The switches are fantastic and tickle the part of your brain that makes you feel good. 5/5 would recommend.

So I've been using these switches for a few days and I think I have a good grasp on how they feel and who they could be for. I actually have another set of linears that have the exact same actuation numbers, but because of their variation of materials and spring length, they feel and sound completely different. For the most part, I really like these switches. They have very little in terms of weaknesses, and plenty when it comes to positive features. To start with the positives, these switches have my ideal actuation range for linears at 45 gf. Anything less is usually a bit too light for me, and most switches above 50 gf tend to tire out my hands during longer typing sessions. So yeah, 45 is perfect for me. Also, these switches have nice, large LED windows... which I love to see. I have a few sets of Gateron switches, and they all have tiny, tiny pinhole LED windows that cut down a lot of RGB backlight. I love me some RGB, so I try to stay away from those types of switches... not a problem with these. Additionally, pricing for these switches is extremely reasonable. Any time you can replace switches for a 75% keyboard for under $25, you got yourself a good deal. Lastly, quality control seemed to be solid with the batch I received. Stem wobble was minimal, I had zero faulty switches or bent pins, and lubing seemed to be adequate - enough to eliminate scratchiness, but not enough to feel or sound mushy. As for weaknesses, I had to really dig deep to find a single nitpick. These switches don't lock onto PCB slots as firmly as other brands might, so you might dislodge a few while pulling off keycaps. Personally I don't find that to be a big deal, but other people might not like to see that. Other than that, I think it really comes down to personal preference, and if you like smooth, slightly clacky linears with medium weight and a high actuation, then these switches are for you. 5/5 stars

So these are Huano Gift switches. I am not sure if Huano owns Ajazz, Ajazz owns Huano, or if these are just resold/rebranded. Whatever the case, the actual brand on the switch is Huano. That aside, these are pretty great light linears. They feel smooth and have a pretty good sound signature - I'd say a thocky clack or a clacky thock. The lube is oil-based and decent enough for switches this cheap. The springs are pretty long. Tolerances seem pretty tight and high quality. If you have caps or a board that show off switches, these would go great on a pastel board. The stem is a nice light purple, the top housing is milky white, and the bottom is opaque cream-colored. They come packaged in a canister inside of a box, which, IMO, is the worst way to package switches (pins can get bent) but that's usually easily fixable and hard to complain about at this price point.

I've been using these switches for about a week now and they are extremely good especially for the price. They are nicely lubricated from the factory and the sound is amazing. On my keyboard, they have a pronounced yet deep creamy sound signature which is just harmonic and I really enjoy typing on these switches as a result, and thanks to the great price, outfitting an entire keyboard with these switches can be done without breaking the bank. Overall, I am extremely happy with these switches and if you're trying to achieve a creamy keyboard build, I think these switches are definitely worth a try.

These sound similar to lubed creams. There is a bit of scratch, but not as bad as some switches i've tried.

The switches came in great packaging. They were packed in a jar inside a box, which ensures they don't get bent during shipping. Ajazz switches are excellent for the price. These particular ones have a medium actuation force—not too light and not too hard to press. The sound they produce (which also depends on the board you have) is on the deeper, thockier side. It's also not very loud, making them ideal if you work around others. The lubrication is good for this price range, as I don't notice much scratchiness. Great set of switches for the price.

gli switch di per se sono da 5 stelle, ma non capisco che razza di set è da 45, non bastano per una tastiera intera, ne devi prendere per forza due, e non esiste un set sufficiente per cambiare una tastiera intera, un po'scorretto da parte del produttore

Bei vielen Mechanischen Switches habe ich das problem das diese mir einfach nicht "genug" widerstand leisten - jedenfalls bei den Linearen Switches ist die für mich ein leidiges Thema. Taktile Switches mag ich persönlich garnicht, deswegen sind diese für mich absolut garkeine Option, abgesehen von einer Escape Taste - oder einer Return Taste - die einen Taktilen Switch beherbergt ist alles andere für mich nichts. Die MechLands Ajazz Gift (Auf dem case des Switches selber steht allerdings "Huano") Füllen diese Lücke für mich äusserst zufriedenstellend, sie haben einen höheren widerstand als beispielsweise Cherry MX Red, (und deren Knockoffs von zum beispiel Gateron), Fekar Marble Whites oder Epomaker Zebra Switches, ohne dabei das "Schreibgefühl" eines Linearen Switches vermissen zu lassen - taktile Switchesfühlen sich halt einfach anders an, deswegen vermeide ich diese eben auch! Bei dem Preis allerdings scheiden sich dann aber auch die Geister - die einen werden sagen das dieser gerechtfertigt ist da die Switches auch noch Pre Lubed sind, die anderen werden sagen das der Preis trotzdem zu hoch sei, andere bekäme man ja auch pre lubed UND günstiger... Ich persönlich mag die Switches rundrum - hab allerdings keinen vergleich zu einem der identisch zu diesem aber NICHT Pre lubed ist, kann in diesem fall also nicht sagen ob das Pre Lubed irgendwelche vorteile diesbezüglich bringt. Das Schreibgefühl insgesamt ist aber wirklich wahnsinnig gut!

I'm a big fan of budget switches. My go to are usually epomaker switches but I've heard really good things about mechlands. Well, what I heard was correct. For the most part these are pretty basic 45gf switches, very similar to Cherry reds, but they have better acoustics when typing. They decently lubed from factory which is usually the downfall to budget switches so that was a nice surprise. Of course I still took them apart and lubed them which made them sound and feel better. Saying that though, before I lubed them, not a single switch felt scratchy. Of course you're going to have to buy 2 sets of these to complete a board but I think if you like Cherry reds, you'll like this a lot. For $0.44 a switch, they are an amazing deal.
