Good quality lip balm. Goes on smoothly and looks good. I got pure cupid for a natural look and it was clear.

I’m a lip balm junkie and ordered these in the clear color (pure cupid). It makes the lips look a bit fuller and smoother and the packaging is super cute. But I didn’t feel like it provided the deep moisture I seek from a lip balm. For those who are just looking for basic moisture, this would be great. It provides an understated polished look to the lips. The formula isn’t greasy and certainly doesn’t get everywhere. But it almost absorbs into the skin making you want to keep reapplying. I’m a big fan of Kaja ever since I tried their blush stick (it’s my favorite right now, even though I own at least 10 different liquid/cream blushes). They seem to make quality products, so I think this formula just wasn’t right for me.

As a clear color, which I am SO happy they offer, I am prone to compare to buttery moisturizing sticks+balms+glosses, however this isn't like that. It's a matte formula! It's like chapstick with a bit of a back bone, slight graininess but it's still somewhat soft yet still firm. It's nice to have a somewhat moisturizing stick that's not glaringly obvious and glossy!PERFECT if you're sometimes self-conscious of glossiness and definitely don't want stickiness or overly greasy meltiness.The stick is lovely too and there's no discernible smell IMO so I'm very happy!
