This camera is very easy to use. Have basic features to let you quickly get the hang of it if you’re just taking point & shoot photos and basic recording. I know I wanted sharp images in 4k and fixed focus when recording. If on Auto Focus it will at times get blurry while trying to focus when in motion. I had to shut off the date/time stamp feature so it wouldn’t show up on the recorded video. I also like the dedicated zoom in/out separate buttons along with the flash, on/off button and record/photo buttons are the same. The flash is very bright and can stay on while recording. It’s not iPhone quality. It’s very clear but not too vibrant but will show true colors. For me, it’s a decent camera for the price. I haven’t taken photos nor recorded outside yet. I will need a ring light due to low lighting in my home. Even in daytime, it’s strictly my preference. I really needed an affordable camera that I can easily see what I’m filming by looking into the video camera’s screen. I couldn’t do that with the iPhone while it’s pointing down at the table when it’s on the tripod (see included photo.) This camera allows me to do that so I can record while crafting to easily share videos on social media platforms. It has a screw slot (female) on the bottom where it screws onto the tripod (male). I don’t know why it says that customers frequently returned this camera- it’s great for the price. Im hoping nothing goes wrong with it. I’m not a professional photographer and wouldn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on something I know nothing about. This camera has a lot of other functions/features and settings I know nothing about so I just left those alone. I stick to the very basics. It was a real hassle trying to record with the iPhone along with trying to get the recordings to transfer to my Microsoft computer to edit. I would have to go searching through current dated files then send them all to google cloud (which handles larger files cause my recorded files were to large to just email) then send to my computer from there cause iPhone wasn’t somehow letting me save straight to my computer and I’m computer savvy. I couldn’t figure it out. I got tired of that cause it’s frustrating and too time consuming. Recording and transferring files with this camera I just turn it off after completing recording, remove the micro SD card then insert that into my computer and the micro SD card shows up immediately and I see everything when I click open the files, save them to my computer then just start editing by uploading to an editing app. I’m going to have so much fun with it. Hope it lasts. I left off 1 star because I’m noticing that these cameras have poor sound quality, meaning the sound being too low while watching the recorded video in playback mode using the camera’s built-in speaker. I also like the “Pause” feature. This camera just allows sharing videos a breeze. Thanks to the maker, seller and Amazon! Just upgrade the camera’s playback sound volume please.

On the good side, if the lighting conditions are perfect, this camera will do the same good job as any good phone camera. On the flip side, any not-perfect lighting conditions and the pics will be dull, with mediocre brightness, mediocre contrast, etc. It also takes a while to start once you turn it on. So keep it on all the time, otherwise you will loose those sudden pic opportunities (but of course, you will run through batteries fast). The camera does not come with the cover lens! That is hard to understand. Neither does the optical piece retracts. Therefore, be careful (if you can) since you will end up scratching the lens, thus ruining the camera. And my order did not have even the promised 32GB Micro SD Card. So do not order this last minutes before your trip, or if you do, make sure you have your own Micro SD card. Disappointed. My young daughter was thrilled to have this great-reviews camera for her first ever overseas trip. She planned to use it instead of he Motorola G7 play (2020 edition) and get way better pictures. Being young but still pragmatic and merciless, after seeing the poor performance of this bad product she stored in her luggage for good and used her old Moto G7 Play. Ironical, isn't it. (not sure why so many good reviews? For perfect light conditions perhaps:?) Stay away from this camera, unless you take shots in the 100% perfect lighting conditions and at the same time maybe want to look cool with old fashion cameras instead of the superior photo taking phones.

Great camera for the price. This has been great for my 10 year old who is wanting to record good quality videos and pictures. User friendly so she had no trouble using it. She loves the flip screen and how se can transfer photo's directly to her iPad since she does not have a computer. A+

I purchased this camera for a Christmas present to my 13-yr old granddaughter. It was ‘love at first sight for her’. This turned out to be the perfect camera for her especially as a young beginner. Its menus are simple and easy to follow. Very easy to use! It is compact and lightweight which makes it easy to carry around. It has a flip screen feature perfect for selfies, and the battery lasts a long time. Last but not least this camera produces clear and vibrant photos with excellent detail, both in light and dark background. In conclusion I highly recommend this camera. For such a low price this camera offers exceptional value.

Camera design is very nice, fits well in your hand. The black color was very slike. Camera quality isn’t that bad for the price. Video quality could be better.
