Took a chance and am impressed. When used to avoid absorbing carbohydrates in a difficult situation, it appears to work. I am able to avoid being knocked out of ketosis.

These carb blockers work well for me. When I eat too many carbs or a mostly carb meal like pizza, I take 1 or 2 of these, depending on how much I plan on eating. My weight is then not affected by the carbs. If I do not take them, my weight goes up, sometimes by a pound or two. I highly recommend this carb blocker.
